The Infrafon CC2 is a wearable staff duress system for hospitals, security operations and industrial environments. Staff activate a localized alarm directly from their badge, instantly alerting responders with their precise identity and location. A modern replacement for legacy pager systems and single-purpose panic buttons.

Together with our partners we offer an RTLS based duress functionality consisting of 3 basic components:

The first component is our CC2 Response Tag consisting of the CC2 & an additional duress clip. The CC2 provides you with a platform that can display duress calls and allow users to answer and navigate trough them using the hardware buttons and the capacitive touch screen. Additionally it can trigger a flashing RGB LED + vibration + alarm sound and pre-recorded audio messages. The screen content layouts can be customized and completely build by the organization using the dataview designer.

For localized alarms you will of course need a location infrastructure using WiFi, BLE / BLE AoA or UWB. To comply a wide range of solutions, we work together with our network of localization partners providing fitting technology models for all szenarios.

The logic of duress calls will be managed by the application backend, such an application may already exist and can be easily modified to communicate to the Infrafon Tags (MQTT). In any other case an application from our partner network can be chosen and installed.
